Reporting a problem
If a conversion failed or came back wrong, the fastest way to get it fixed is to tell us: the page you were on (homepage, cursive to text, cursive reader, etc.), your device and browser, roughly when it happened, and — if you are comfortable sharing it — the image that failed to convert. We do not store your uploads, so we cannot look a failure up on our side without your copy.
Feature requests and feedback
Tell us what you were trying to do and where the tool fell short. Requests we hear repeatedly move up the roadmap, and real examples of difficult handwriting help us test improvements.
Response time
We read everything. Replies usually go out within a few days; bug reports with a sample image get priority. For quick answers about uploads, accuracy, and privacy, the FAQ on the homepage covers the common questions.
